Retirements and Candidates for 31st Dáil

Please note: It takes us longer to produce up to date lists of candidates because each name has to be linked into the database, new profiles created where required, photos and links added. This is time consuming, and we don't have the resources of some other organisations.

All the Dublin constituencies have been checked and updated against the returning officers' websites (see the Dublin County and Dublin City websites). All the remaining constituencies have been updated and are believed to be correct: Carlow Killkenny, Cavan Monaghan, Clare, Cork East, Cork North Central, Cork North West, Cork South Central, Cork South West, Donegal North East, Donegal South West, Galway East, Galway West, Kerry North Limerick West, Kerry South, Kildare North, Kildare South, Laoighis Offaly, Limerick, Limerick City, Longford Westmeath, Louth, Mayo, Meath East, Meath West, Roscommon Leitrim South, Sligo Leitrim North, Tipperary North, Tipperary South, Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow. (Constituencies in italics have not been checked against the official 'Notice of Poll'.

Some individuals and parties are running as United Left Alliance. The original party is shown in the table below. These include People Before Profit and the Socialist Party.

Our understanding is that Fis Nua has been registered as a political party, and will appear in the updated Register of Political Parties due to be released later this week.
